        How much does a review cost?

We generate the cash from which we are paid.

If we find nothing, you owe us nothing. All expenses, whether they be travel, administrative, or otherwise, are paid by us and you won't receive an invoice from us until your company has received its refund.

        How much of my time will a review take?

Our customers will attest to the ease of our review process. Our consultants will arrive on the scheduled date prepared to begin the process and will require only a few minutes of your time to indicate where certain documents may be found.


        How long does a review take?

This depends on a number of factors including the size and type of organization being reviewed. A smaller organization will typically take from two days to a week, while a larger one can take a number of months.


        What happens if our claims are subsequently reassessed?

Due to our long history in this business, you can be assured we will be around to help you, should this occur. We will endeavor to give you our full support, and indemnification, should any of the claims be successfully reassessed.


        When do we pay you?

As our fees are based directly upon refunds, we are not paid until after you have received your money.
