Luckett Wenman & Associates has been in business for over 28 years and in that time we've grown to become one of Canada's largest and oldest full service commodity tax firms. The reasons for our growth and success are directly related to both the quality and experience of our consultants, as well as the quality of our review process.
As we have specialized in the commodity tax recovery business from our inception, we have developed techniques and expertise which have allowed us to be very successful in finding recoveries for our clients. We pride ourselves in being both thorough and efficient, and these qualities enable us to maximize client recoveries with minimal disruption to their staff.
As many of our competitors are relative newcomers to this business, we believe our relatively long history also provides you with the comfort of knowing we are going to be around to assist you, should there ever be any questions regarding the claims. It's important to remember that a tax review by Luckett Wenman and Associates will not cost your organization anything. We take a percentage of our findings, and nothing more. Bruce Wenman, Founding Partner, B. COMM.
Bruce has worked in commodity tax field since 1973 and worked previously
with Revenue Canada, Excise for five years. He was a founder of the firm and
has authored tax rulings and presented seminars on commodity taxes. He has
retired and his work continues in the form of his two children, Derik and Sarah.
Gary Pelzer, Partner, BA, C.A.
Gary has worked in commodity tax field since 1990 and has been a partner
with the firm since 1993. He has extensive knowledge in the area of GST and
is responsible for most of our research, rulings and interpretations.
Jay Leach, Partner, BA
Jay has been involved in commodity tax consulting since 1988 and worked for
a CA firm prior to that. He has a great deal of experience in the private sector
and is also one of our review leaders of large organizations.
